WMA provides expertise in the architectural, interior design, urban planning & project management, as well as additional services including building physics and analysis, NSAI approved Thermal Bridge Calculations, ITC certified thermography, climate data, BER assessments PSDP and BCAR. We have gained an enviable reputation for top quality energy efficient design backed by sound project management techniques ensuring cost effective buildings, timely delivery and to a high quality standard and most importantly,design for end user comfort. Energy efficient design has always been the cornerstone of our overall philosophy, implemented throughout our work regardless of building type. Ma naging Director, John Morehead, reinforced this ethos by his early qualification and accreditation as a Certified European Passivhaus Designer in 2009. Since our first A1 ber rated certified passive house dwelling in 2011, exceeding current nZEB standards, we have an additional two completed A1 ber rated certified passive house dwellings with more on the drawing boards.
