Free Webinar- How to get HPI Certified and Qualify for the HBFI Green Loan Discount

Home Building Finance Ireland (HBFI) have launched a green loan discount of up to 0.5% on loans for residential developments certified with the Home Performance Index (HPI) certification. In order to qualify for this discounted product, all residential developments must reach a bronze HPI certification standard.

The webinar will introduce the HBFI green loan product and address the practical implications of achieving HPI certification, what to watch out for, mandatory indicators and initial actions to take.
