Job Description
NODE Architecture are seeking an experienced qualified Architect (Min 5 years post grad experience) to join our small, design led, city centre practice to assist in the delivery of high-quality projects in the commercial, retail and high-end residential sector. The successful applicant will work directly with senior management on a day-to-day basis in the following areas:
- Site survey, sketch design & feasibility studies
- Preparation of planning, tender and construction drawings plus related specifications
- Compiling BCAR documentation and logging all related site inspection records
- Issuing and coordinating the timely delivery of all necessary information to site
- Liaising with contractors and clients as required

Job Requirements
- Architect on the RIAI Register of Architects or eligible to seek registration
- Excellent design skills
- A detailed working knowledge of Building Regulations and statutory compliance procedures including BCAR
- Proficiency in CAD, Photoshop, Sketchup
- Strong communication skills; presentation; written; spoken.
- Experience in detailing, material specification, tender documentation
