Introduction 

This online course comprises of a recording of the RIAI CPD course on Public Works Contracts and the Role of the Employer's Representative held on 12 April 2019 at the RIAI.

Its aim is to provide guidance for RIAI practices on the Intent of the Public Works Contracts (PWC), the role of the Employer's Representative, effective contract administration and successful dispute resolution.

It is directed at RIAI Members who have little experience of undertaking public work.

This online CPD course is delivered via RIAI Digital Chalk
