RIAI Student Award for Sustainable Design in Architecture 2018

UPDATE: Closing date for receipt of applications has been extended  to 12 noon on Friday 25th May.

The aim of the RIAI Student Award for Sustainable Design 2018 is to recognise the awareness and integration of sustainable design principles by students as an inherent part of their design approach to a project or projects regardless of scale or complexity.

This award is free to enter.

ELIGIBILITY
The award is open to students who are currently enrolled in Third year in the programmes of architecture or architectural technology. A list of the architecture schools and the Institutes of Technology can be found here.

AWARD TIMELINE
Final Registration date (by student) - 12 noon Friday 25 May 2018
Submission date (by student) - 12 noon on Friday 15 June 2018
Evaluation period - July - September 2018
Announcement of Short List - End September 2018
Presentation of Award and Exhibition of Short Listed entries - 2018 RIAI Student Award Ceremony and Exhibition, October 2018

THE PRIZE
A €2,500 prize fund is available for this award. Division or not of the prize fund will reflect the standard and diversity of entries.
