David Stanton, Fine Gael TD for Cork East and Minister for State for Equality, Immigration and Inclusion officially opened the new offices of James Bourke Architects at Office 2, Floor 2, Distillery Lane, Midleton, East Cork on Friday December 2nd 2016.

James Bourke Architects is a local architectural practice with a team of seven located at Distillery Lane, just off the main street of Midleton, a busy thriving East Cork town. It is a RIAI Practice Member and the only architectural office in the Midleton area accredited in conservation.

The Minister stated his confidence in this investment by such a vibrant local business and welcomed James Bourke Architects into the Midleton business community. He particularly highlighted the offices expertise in housing, special needs design and conservation. James Bourke Architects was founded by James Bourke in 2006. Originally located in Castlemartyr, the practice has relocated to Distillery Lane in the centre of Midleton to accommodate the growing practice.

It offers a range of design, project management and advisory services for all sorts and sizes of projects. It has a reputation for great designs and for its straightforward and client-friendly service.
Mr. Bourke expressed his reasons for the expansion, “An investment such as this requires a certain level of confidence. This confidence is borne from the support we have received from our many loyal customers. Following the launch of James Bourke Architects we have received great support. We are very proud of our ten years of work and design, and look forward with relish to the next ten years.”
