Join us for a special evening at the RIAI to mark International Women in Architecture.

This year we are marking the achievements of Sheila O’Donnell, FRIAI and co-founder of award-winning practice O’Donnell + Tuomey Architects who has been elected this year as the first Irish Architect to the American Academy of Arts and Letters. Sheila O’Donnell has also been awarded ‘Architect of the Year’ at the Women in Architecture Awards 2019 by The Architects’ Journal and The Architectural Review.  Carole Pollard, FRIAI, Architecture and Public Affairs Committee Member,  will interview Sheila O’Donnell about her life and career.

Music will be provided by singer songwriter Ailbhe Reddy.

Ailbhe has been receiving critical acclaim since the release of her debut EP 'Hollowed Out Sea' in 2015.  She has accumulated over 5 million Spotify plays and performed at many high profile festivals such as Glastonbury, Latitude, Electric Picnic and Body&Soul.  Her first album is due for release in 2020.
