RIAI and AoU Conference, Ireland 2050 - Delivering a Balanced Ireland by Design, 25–26 March 2025

World-leading architects and urbanists, as well as those involved in city governance, will gather at Dublin Castle on 25 and 26 March, discussing Ireland 2050 - Delivering a Balanced Ireland by Design including the planning, design and delivery systems urgently required to enable Irish cities and towns to develop and thrive in the coming decades. The annual conference on urban design, place-making and governance is jointly organised by the RIAI and the Academy of Urbanism. It will highlight national and international best practice exemplars – including Helsinki, European City of the Year 2024 in the Urbanism Awards – and build on the successful conferences on contemporary urban development held in Galway in 2023 and 2024.
Structured CPD points will be available to attendees. Early Bird rates are available until midnight Friday, 21 February 2025.
