Pranash Ramanundh MRIAI Joins the RIAI as new Practice Director
Pranash Ramanundh MRIAI - RIAI Practice Director
The RIAI is delighted to announce that Pranash Ramanundh MRIAI is joining the RIAI as our new Practice Director from 20 April. Pranash is taking over the role from Practice Director Joe Miller FRIAI who will retire later this summer. There will be a period of overlap to ensure continuity of service.
Ahead of joining the RIAI Practice Division, Pranash was involved in a development management role with a Dublin-based residential property developer. Prior to this role, he also spent four years with the policy unit of Public Works, Regional Head Office in South Africa working with education, healthcare, transport and PPP projects in a programme management capacity. Pranash Ramanundh trained as an architect in South Africa and has a background in consulting, development and general management in Ireland and South Africa. He has blended experience of private, not-for-profit and state sectors. Having completed a Bachelor of Architecture Degree (Advanced) at University of Kwazulu Natal, South Africa, Pranash acquired membership of the RIAI in 2007.
Pranash looks forward to supporting RIAI members and the RIAI team at a unique time when we are experiencing a significant shift in the way we work, live and interact henceforth heralding new debates and challenges to be translated into the built environment by the architectural profession.
