Open Call for Photographic Portrait
25 professional architects are required to participate in a unique photographic portrait as part of the Men of Ireland Collection. This is a collection created as part of the decade of commemoration celebrations and is a self-funded, non-commercial endeavour.
Participation requirements: Confirm participation via email; Turn up on the date and time specified; Dress code is a personal choice; Follow instructions on where to stand/look.
Portrait goal: 25 bodies will be used to create two separate photographs but one date (Group 1 – 19 sitters, Group 2 – 22 sitters). The result is the date 1922.
Portrait background: All portraits are created with individual backgrounds relevant to the portrait theme. The architect portrait includes largescale original drawings exploring the built environment and development of the Irish landscape.
Location: Dublin (exact location TBC and based on response to call)

Sitter time requirement: 1 hour
Costs: No funding available to cover sitter costs
Fees: No fees charged
Gift: Each participant receives a print of the portrait (25 prints)
