Course aim
The aim of the course is to engage with local communities and professionals in collaborative design, including the digital tools including processes to facilitate sustainable urban development through an integrated and participatory approach to the cultural heritage and future of Ballina.
Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course attendees should have a knowledge of;
Focussing on sustainable approaches participants will explore potential solutions for historic sites in Ballina through a series of interactive activities. These include a guided walk, and digital engagement exercises designed to assess, and negotiate site-specific interventions. Digital tool demonstration will include SustainACT, Story Map, NegoDesign, and Design Your Heritage.
