Event Information
The RIAI Annual General Meeting will be held at the RIAI, 8 Merrion Square, Dublin 2, on Monday, 8 June 2026, at 6 pm.
If you are unable to attend the AGM but would like to nominate a member to speak and/or vote on your behalf, you can do so by completing and returning a signed proxy form. Proxy forms should be sent to the Honorary Secretary via email honsec@riai.ie or delivered to No 8 Merrion Square no later than 48 hours before the time fixed for the meeting. Details can be found in the AGM notice.

The event will be live-streamed as a Zoom Webinar so that members who are unable to attend in person can watch the AGM online. Members viewing online do not count towards the quorum for the meeting and should complete a proxy form if they want to vote on the resolution.
