RIAI Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025

The RIAI Annual General Meeting will be held at the Irish Architectural Archive, 45 Merrion Square, Dublin 2, on Monday 9 June, 2025, at 6pm. 

If you are unable to attend the AGM but would like to nominate a member to speak and/or vote on your behalf you can do so by completing and returning a signed proxy form. Proxy forms should be sent to the Honorary Secretary via email honsec@riai.ie or delivered to No 8 Merrion Square no later than 48 hours before the time fixed for the meeting . The event will be live streamed as a Zoom Webinar so that members who are unable to attend in-person can watch the AGM online. Members viewing online do not count towards the quorum for the meeting and should complete a proxy form if they want to vote on the resolution.
