This course aims to equip RIAI-registered architects with advanced skills and knowledge to navigate the complexities of contract administration in both public and private sector projects. By focusing on practical applications, case studies, and interactive learning, the session seeks to enhance participants' confidence in managing contracts, understanding the applications of the Construction Contracts Act 2013, mitigating risks, and resolving disputes effectively.
