RIAI Business CPD -  Developing Sustainable Careers in Architecture, June 2017 (Reduced Price)

Introduction

This online CPD showcases alternative approaches to business challenges and opportunities for small to medium architectural practices. The CPD is designed to provide you with some of the tools necessary to develop your business. The presenters include RIAI members and experts from the field sharing their experience of what works and doesn't work for them.

The online CPD comprises a live recording of the 'RIAI Business CPD  - Developing Sustainable Careers in Architecture' which took place in June 2017.

Course Aim

The aim of this Business CPD is to help develop sustainable careers in architecture by supporting RIAI members in the further development of their business skills.

Course Format

The RIAI Business CPD covers three key themes:

• Valuing your service and charging for it
• Marketing strategy and PR
• HR: Attracting and maintaining the right staff

Each session begins with a presentation on the theme for that session by a keynote speaker as an expert in the field. The theme is then addressed by a number of RIAI members who kindly share their approach using case studies and examples of their personal experience.

This online CPD course is delivered via RIAI Digital Chalk

• Following receipt of your payment via MyRIAI you will receive an email from the RIAI CPD Division (9:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday) providing your login details for RIAI Digital Chalk.
• This online course will be accessible from your RIAI Digital Chalk account for 6 months from the date of registration.
• The RIAI will send you a CPD certificate for 5 structured CPD points on completion of the online CPD.
