Event Information
This information session aims to encourage newcomer Members into disciplines of Alternative Dispute Resolution and also assist experienced Members in the field ADR towards application for appointment to the CCAS Panel of Adjudicators likely to be held in the Spring 2026. The session will help Members advance their preparations for the next round of applications for Appointment to the Panel of Adjudicators under s.8 of the Construction Contracts Act 2013 (CCA).
The speakers on this information session are Dan Daye Chairperson RIAI ADR Taskforce; Peter O’Malley; Niall Meagher; James O’Donoghue; Conor Kelly; Orla Fitz.Gerald and Danyal Ibrahim which will provide information on upskilling through educational, training and experiential pathways.
In-person participation strongly recommended, although an on-line attendance facility will be available.
