The aim of this CPD webinar is to provide members with a legal analysis of the effects of the COVID-19 closures and re-openings of sites and reduced productivity due to social distancing measures under private sector contracts and to provide practical advice as to the steps to be taken if they are administering a contract which has been affected by such measures.
