Building the Future Leadership Programme for Architecture, Engineering, Design & Construction Services

The Irish Management Institute (IMI), Irelands’ leading Executive Education provider, in conjunction with CIF & the Royal Institute of Architects in Ireland (RIAI), have just launched the 2nd Leadership Development programme for the Architecture, Engineering, Design and Construction Sector. The programme develops future-fit leaders, who blend strategic insights with operational excellence and personal impact to lead their companies to success, inspiring their teams to create new ways of working, competing and delivering value for their stakeholders. 

This 5 month (8 Workshop days) CPD approved modular programme is commencing in March in Cork and is aimed at participants who wish to:

• Drive growth within organisations, both nationally & globally.
• Maximise impact and influence at a personal, organisational and client level.
• Develop a practical toolkit of leadership techniques.
