Job Description:

Meehan Associates is a Revit Architecture Practice and we are seeking an ambitious qualified Architectural Technologist with an interest in developing a Revit & BIM information management role, whilst working on a series of exciting new projects. The position offers the potential to become a key member of our growing design focused practice.

Job Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a similar course.
  • 2+ years' experience working as an Architectural Technologist.
  • Experience or an interest in a BIM Coordinators role would be advantageous
  • Excellent IT skills including technology in construction.
  • Competent in using 3D BIM software (e.g. Autodesk Revit and Navisworks) and clash detection.
  • The ability to prepare statutory compliance, tender and construction documentation.
  • A good working knowledge of the Building Regulations.
  • Revit skills and have experience/be capable of working in a BIM environment and an interest in using BIM in a systematic fashion.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently.
  • The ability to work under own initiative and be part of a small team.

  • We are centrally located close to Rail, LUAS, DART and buses.
  • We have regular in-house CPD and sponsor attendance at outside CPD events.
  • We operate a Cycle to Work Scheme.

Salary Dependent on Experience
