Job Description:

John Fleming Architects (JFA) is a leading commercial architectural practice, based primarily in Dublin 4, and with a soon-to-open satellite office in Maynooth, Co Kildare. JFA has a strong track record across a diverse body of work primarily focused on multi-unit residential, commercial, hospitality/leisure and retail projects.  In this period of rapid growth and with a significant number of exciting new projects currently underway and many more in the pipeline, we are growing our current team structures by recruiting across a range of experience levels and skills. We use Revit, AutoCad, Sketchup, Photoshop and Indesign.

Having an integral role in each design team, Technologists are involved in preparation and development of planning, tender and construction drawings. Broadly, for these roles it is expected that you:

Job Requirements:

• Have 2-10 years’ work experience, ideally in multi-unit residential projects
• Are fully familiar with Planning and Building Control regulations
• Have experience of BCMS platform and process
• Are proactive in keeping abreast of new technology developments and industry regulations
• Are able to manage projects on site, including attending site visits/ inspections, dealing with day-to-day site queries
• Possess excellent AutoCAD and Sketchup skills with competence/ knowledge of Revit
• Have a track record of working successfully across teams and ability to prioritise different project stages
