How to book RIAI CPD using MyRIAI

  • I am a member of the RIAI

    If you have not already done so, please verify your MyRIAI account here. Remember to use the email address that is associated with your member record.

    When your account is verified, just log in to MyRIAI, navigate to "What's On", select the Event you would like to book and click on "Book Now".

    Alernatively, if you are logged in to the RIAI website, you can book directly from the Events Listing by clicking on the "Register" button on your chosen Event.

    If you are entitled to a Practice rate for the Event, make aure that you are associated with the correct Practice by navigating to "My Practice Membership > Link to a Practice" on MyRIAI.

  • I am not a member of the RIAI

    If you have not already done so, please create a MyRIAI account here using the "Sign up now" link. 

    When your account is verified, just log in to MyRIAI, navigate to "What's On", select the Event you would like to book and click on "Book Now".

  • I am the Owner or Administrator of an RIAI Practice Member and I wish to register one or more Practice staff on a CPD Event.

    Please ensure that all staff have a verified MyRIAI account (see the steps above for members and non-members to verify or create their accounts).

    Practice Administrators should create a non-member account, then link to the Practice. The Practice Owner is required to verify the Join Request. When doing so, if they tick the "Receive Correspondence" checkbox, the Practice Administrator will have permissions to manage the Practice Membership.

    Ask all staff to ensure that they have joined your Practice (you will need to approve their requests by navigating to "My Practice Membership > My Practice Details" and clicking on the "Staff Request List" tab).

    When all of the above is complete, just log in to MyRIAI, navigate to "What's On", select the Event you would like to book and click on "Register Practice Staff". You will be presented with a list of users that are linked to your Practice Membership, from which you can select your Attendees.

  • I want to book an Event for one or more people and pay by Purchase Order

    It is not possible to book an Event online when paying by Purchase Order. Please contact the RIAI CPD Division to make your booking.
