Research and Policy: RIAI Policy on Planning and Development Management

The development of planning policy in Ireland is of key importance and concern to the RIAI and its Membership. The new RIAI Policy on Planning and Development 2025 sets out many of the key actions needed to take to radically reform our current planning, design and delivery systems and unlock the blockages and inefficiencies in the current system. This policy sets out eight strategies and detailed actions developed by the RIAI as its contribution to the continuing development of planning policy and development management in Ireland.
