Work IQ

Located at the head of a new linear park, Tallaght’s Work IQ convinces with its overall massing, choice of materials and presence within its setting, while offering views towards the Wicklow Mountains. Inside, visitors and tenants are welcomed by a light and amenity-filled ground floor space with a well-proportioned atrium hovering above. The material palette of timber around the central core enriches the concrete and taut green metal and glass-cladding of the exterior.

The environmental concept – based on natural ventilation and South Dublin County Council’s District Heating System – allows for a substantial reduction in carbon emissions. This project impresses by its well thought-through architectural design as well as its integration with the surroundings.
