O’BRIAIN BEARY ARCHITECTS are city-centre based practice of 15 architects and graduates with a portfolio focussed on the healthcare and social housing sectors, built on a reputation for excellence in both design and project delivery. Team members are assured of a variety of experience of building types and job stages on challenging projects that will ensure their professional development in a supportive and flexible environment. The range of current projects include acute healthcare, large scale social housing, primary care clinics, residential healthcare, and the fit-out of laboratories and diagnostic clinics. All projects in the office are developed using ArchiCad BIM software.

Job Requirements 

SENIOR ARCHITECT

We are looking to recruit experienced architects (10+ years post-graduation) to lead social housing and healthcare projects at all stages at Associate level. The role will initially involve running a 90-unit social apartment and housing at site stage. The successful candidates will have extensive experience of delivering buildings of quality at a high level of architectural design and detail, along with strong design, technical, management and interpersonal skills. The role will offer the opportunity of growing involvement in the management of the practice.
