The Candidate

We are seeking a talented and motivated RIAI Registered Architect to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to work on diverse projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from conceptual design through to construction, ensuring all phases are completed on time and within budget
• Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
• Oversee site visits and ensure compliance with Irish building regulations and standards
• Contribute to the design process, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• RIAI registration and full eligibility to work in Ireland
• A minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience
• Proven experience managing projects from start to finish
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, MS Office and Adobe Suite. Experience with ArchiCAD is advantageous but not essential, as training is provided
• Strong technical, design, and communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience working on large-scale projects (hospitality, residential, or commercial)
