Job Description

Working knowledge of current Irish statutory construction provisions, including planning & building control regulations, is essential. 

Strong design and detailing ability. Experience in the compilation and production of planning, tender, building control, and construction drawings documentation.  

Up to date market knowledge of sustainable construction solutions and environmental design integration.  

On-site construction stage experience required.  

Good work ethic and organizational skills with keen interest to advance.  

Job Requirements

  •  RIAI Registered Architect required, or eligible for registration without further assessment
  • Proficiency in CAD and REVIT is required
  •  Minimum of six years’ professional practice experience is essential
