The RIAI Skillnet in partnership with the RIAI Practice Committee, present a series of CPD seminars on a number of technical subjects.
Course Aim: The aim of the series is to provide those attending with guidance in a number of areas of direct relevance to architectural practice in 2012. Subject topics include:

- Application/Exemption of Building Regulations for Protected Structures
- Project budgeting and contract Cost Control without QS
- Condition/House Surveys
- Asbestos Awareness
- Specification Writing for Architects
