This course is designed for new users who require comprehensive training in Autodesk® Revit Architecture 2011
software. It covers the features, commands, and techniques for creating, editing intelligent building models,
using Autodesk® Revit Architecture 2011. Hands-on exercises throughout the courseware explore how to create
architectural drawings and documentation.

Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of the course, participants will possess a knowledge of the essential aspects of Revit
Architecture software and will be proficient in its use in Architectural
design and construction projects.
Building Information Modelling technology is starting to replace traditional CAD technology in Architectural
projects, particularly in the international design arena. Knowledge of the technology is rapidly becoming a
prerequisite for Practices to be considered for these projects and for individuals to be considered
for jobs relating to them.
