Library Headquarters & Cultural Centre
CCN and the rest of the design team were engaged to proceed with the design of the library and cultural centre, which is currently being prepared for a part 8 planning application early in 2009. The brief has been finalised, site investigations carried out and studies carried out on the most sustainable energy systems for this building. Much work has taken place in optimising space for the various uses in the building in conjunction with the requirements of the different user groups.
